Event registration

Registration may be free or paid depending on the event. For free events, registration confirms a place subject to available capacity. For paid events, the applicable price and payment terms are displayed before registration is completed.

Booking status

Registrations may have the following statuses:

• Pending
• Confirmed
• Waitlisted
• Cancelled
• Attended
• No-show

A place is not considered confirmed until KCIS Bridge or its registration and payment system confirms the booking.

Cancellation

Where cancellation is permitted, the applicable cancellation deadline and conditions are displayed for the relevant event. If an event is cancelled by KCIS Bridge, registered participants will be informed and any applicable refund will be handled according to the terms communicated for that event and applicable law.

Payment

Paid events are currently settled by bank transfer, using the payment details communicated for the relevant event. KCIS Bridge does not request payment-card details by email or through ordinary contact forms. Should an external payment provider be introduced, payment-card details would be handled by that secure provider.

Event photography and media

KCIS Bridge may photograph or record events for editorial, documentary, communication and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and the information provided to participants. Where required, appropriate information or consent mechanisms will be provided. Participants who have questions regarding event photography or media use may contact KCIS Bridge.

Intellectual property
