Information submitted through the website may be recorded in the KCIS Bridge CRM in order to manage enquiries, relationships, opportunities and follow-up.

Event registration

When a user registers for an event, KCIS Bridge may process registration, attendance and booking information necessary to manage the event.

For paid events, payment information may also be processed. KCIS Bridge currently accepts payment for paid events by bank transfer and does not store payment-card details.

Data recipients

Personal data may be processed by KCIS Bridge and by the service providers actually connected to this platform. Today these are:

  • Lovable, for website hosting, the content management system, the database, authentication, first-party analytics and email delivery
  • Buffer, for scheduling and distributing KCIS content on social media

No other processor is used. Should additional providers be connected, this policy will be updated.
